🔍 Have My Lottery Numbers Ever Won?

Check your Powerball or Mega Millions numbers against every draw since 2016: what they would have won, what playing them would have cost, and every draw where they won.
White balls (1–69)
Powerball (1–26)

What the checker tells you

Enter one line of numbers the way you would play it. The checker goes through every Powerball draw since January 2016 or every Mega Millions draw since October 2017, finds each draw where your line would have won a prize, and adds up the official prize amounts for that draw. It also works out what buying that line in every draw would have cost, so you can see the result the lottery is designed to produce: over time, prizes pay back about half of what players spend.

By the numbers. Powerball: 1,393 draws since January 2, 2016; no set of five white balls has come up twice; the biggest jackpot won was $2.04B on November 7, 2022 (10, 33, 41, 47, 56 and 10). Mega Millions: 934 draws since October 31, 2017; no set of five white balls has come up twice; the biggest jackpot won was $1.60B on October 23, 2018 (5, 28, 62, 65, 70 and 5).

How does the numbers checker work?

It compares your line with the winning numbers of every Powerball draw since January 2016 and every Mega Millions draw since October 2017 (when today's number ranges started), and uses each draw's official prize amounts to add up what the line would have won.

Does a line that won before have a better chance next time?

No. Every draw is random and independent, so every line has exactly the same chance in every draw, whatever it did in the past.

Why does it say "at least" for some Mega Millions prizes?

Since April 8, 2025 every Mega Millions play includes a random 2x to 10x multiplier, so each non-jackpot prize depends on the ticket. The checker counts the smallest (2x) amount.

Are my numbers sent anywhere?

No. The check runs in your browser against a copy of the draw history; your numbers are not sent to coldnumbers or anyone else.
